How School Bookings Work
This is an enquiry system only — not a direct booking. Follow these steps to secure your date.
Full payment is due 5 days before your visit — no entry without it. The R8,000 hold fee is deducted from your final total.
Pricing & Minimum Requirements
All prices are per person. Minimum booking requirements apply regardless of actual attendance on the day.

Minimum booking: 100 paying learners required. If fewer than 100 learners attend on the day, the full minimum fee remains payable. The R8,000 hold fee is non-refundable and is deducted from your final invoice total.

Supervision Requirements
- 📋Schools are fully responsible for learner supervision at all times
- 📋Educators must actively supervise learners in and around all water areas
- 📋Pines Resort lifeguards manage water safety — they do not replace school supervision
- 📋All learners must follow lifeguard and staff instructions immediately
- 📋Non-swimmers must be identified and supervised accordingly

Booking Terms

- ⚠️Date not reserved without R8,000 hold fee
- ⚠️Quotations valid for 7 days only
- ⚠️Full payment due 5 days before visit
- ⚠️No entry without full payment
- ⚠️Minimum 100 learners — minimum charge applies regardless
- ⚠️Multiple schools may be booked on the same day
- ⚠️No exclusive bookings available
On the Day
- 🚫No alcohol permitted — strictly enforced
- 🚫No glass containers
- 🚫No denim or jewellery on slides
- 🚫No pets
- 🚫No sound systems or Bluetooth speakers
- ✅BYO food in plastic containers welcome
- ✅Synthetic swimwear only on slides
- ✅All bags subject to inspection on arrival
Weather & safety closures during operating hours do not qualify for refunds or date changes. This includes lightning, rain, load shedding, and temporary ride closures. Full Resort closures before the event date are handled under the Refund & Reschedule Policy.
