Please read before arriving so your day runs smoothly.

Bring Your Own Food

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic containers only. Cooler boxes are permitted for food and soft drinks only.

Braai stands are available on a first come, first served basis.

Hot food, chips and donuts are also available on site from our Chip n Dip vendor stand.

No glass containers are permitted under any circumstances.

Not Permitted

No outside alcohol of any kind
No glass containers, bottles or glassware of any kind
No alcohol in parking areas
No stretch tents
No alcohol sold to guests under the age of 18. Valid ID may be requested.
Not stocking your preferred brand does not permit outside alcohol. The Pines Resort bar selection is final.

Alcohol Inspection & Enforcement

All bags, cooler boxes and drinks brought onto the premises are subject to inspection by authorised Pines Resort staff and may be tested using alcohol detection devices.

This applies regardless of what a container is labelled as or what a guest says it contains. If it tests positive for alcohol, it will be treated as alcohol.

Any outside alcohol or glass discovered will be confiscated and disposed of immediately without compensation.

Refusal to allow inspection may result in denied entry or removal from the Resort without refund.
