Lapa Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing. Entrance tickets are purchased separately on Webtickets.

Lapa Hire Fee R2,000 Full day hire — subject to availability

Refundable Deposit R800 Refunded after your event subject to conditions

Entrance tickets not included. All guests must purchase their own valid entrance tickets separately via Webtickets, Pick n Pay or Boxer. Booking the Lapa does not reserve or guarantee entrance. Entry remains subject to valid tickets and daily capacity.

Cancellation Policy

⚠️50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 30 days of event
⚠️No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event
⚠️No rescheduling — including weather-related changes
⚠️These terms are strict and non-negotiable

Deposit Conditions

✅R800 deposit is refundable after your event
❌Forfeited for damage to the lapa
❌Forfeited for excessive mess left behind
❌Forfeited for late departure beyond agreed time
❌Forfeited for rule violations during your event
