Ticket Terms & Conditions
Please read before purchasing your tickets.
- All displayed ticket prices are final and already include the Webtickets booking fee.
- Tickets are sold online via Webtickets or in store at Pick n Pay and Boxer. No gate sales.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected event date and ticket type.
- Each guest must have their own valid ticket.
- Entry remains subject to the correct ticket type, selected event date, and daily capacity availability.
- Once scanned and a wristband is issued, the ticket is used and non-transferable.
- Tickets may not be resold, transferred, duplicated, or shared by screenshot.
- Refunds are only permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled event date.
- Ticket date changes are permitted until 11:00 AM on the day of your visit via Webtickets.
- No refunds after ticket scan.
- Once a ticket date has been changed, it is non-refundable.

- Temporary weather, lightning, or operational interruptions do not qualify for refunds or date changes.
- Lightning may be detected nearby even when the sky appears clear or blue.
- Certain slides, pools, or facilities may temporarily close for safety or operational reasons.
- Activities reopen only when management confirms it is safe.
- Full Resort closures before opening are handled under the Refund & Reschedule Policy.
